Services
Six services that cover the whole system
From new installations to same-week repairs, our crews design and maintain sprinkler systems that keep lawns green and water bills low!
01
Professional Irrigation Installation
A complete system designed around your yard, your water source, and your county watering schedule.
We measure the property, check static pressure and flow, then lay out zones so every square foot gets even coverage without soaking the driveway. Turf, beds, and shaded areas get their own zones, because they do not need the same amount of water. Installation includes trenching, piping, heads, valves, wiring, and a controller programmed before we leave.
- On-site pressure and flow test
- Zone-by-zone coverage plan
- Clean trenching with sod replaced
- Controller programmed and walked through with you

02
Irrigation Repairs
Same-week service for leaks, dry patches, zones that will not start, and water bills that jumped overnight.
Most irrigation problems are not obvious from the surface. We run every zone, trace the fault to the pipe, valve, wire, or head that is actually causing it, and repair that instead of replacing hardware you do not need. We tell you what failed and what it costs before the work starts.
- Full zone-by-zone diagnostic
- Mainline and lateral line leak repair
- Broken and cracked pipe replacement
- Wiring and solenoid faults traced and fixed

03
Valve Manifold Assembly
Rebuilt and newly built manifolds that are easy to reach, easy to label, and easy to service next time.
A manifold buried under three inches of sod with corroded wire nuts turns a ten-minute repair into an afternoon. We build manifolds in accessible valve boxes with proper spacing between valves, waterproof connectors on every splice, and each valve labeled to the zone it controls.
- New manifolds built for added zones
- Corroded and leaking manifolds rebuilt
- Valve boxes set at grade for easy access
- Every valve labeled to its zone

04
Controller Installation and Repairs
Timers and smart controllers installed, wired, and programmed to your property and local watering days.
The controller decides how much water you pay for. We replace failed timers, repair wiring and transformer faults, and install smart controllers that skip cycles after rain. Every install is programmed on site for your zones, soil, and county watering-day schedule, and we show you how to adjust it.
- Timer and smart controller installation
- Rain and soil moisture sensor wiring
- Transformer, wiring, and field fault repair
- Seasonal programming set for your zones

05
Sprinkler Repairs
Heads, nozzles, and rotors replaced and adjusted so water lands on the lawn instead of the sidewalk.
Mowers, cars, and tree roots take a steady toll on sprinkler heads. We replace broken, sunken, and stuck heads, match nozzles so each zone applies water at the same rate, and reset arcs and radii to stop overspray onto pavement and walls.
- Broken, sunken, and stuck head replacement
- Nozzle matching for even coverage
- Arc and radius adjustment to stop overspray
- Rotor and spray body rebuilds

06
Irrigation System Upgrades
Targeted improvements to an existing system that cut runtime and water use without starting over.
An older system rarely needs to be torn out. Converting spray zones to high-efficiency rotary nozzles, adding drip to planting beds, splitting an overloaded zone, and adding a rain sensor usually delivers a greener lawn on less water than the system used before.
- High-efficiency rotary nozzle conversions
- Drip irrigation added to beds and planters
- Overloaded zones split and rebalanced
- Rain sensors and backflow device upgrades
